The foodies of Mumbai have a reason to cheer. A food feud between the Nizams of Hyderabad and Nawabs of Lucknow has begun. The feud will churn out unique delicacies. Renaissance Mumbai hotel has organised a jugalbandi of food at Nawab Saheb. The feud will go on until July 19th, 2019.
Two prominent chefs, Chef Irrfan Sayyed and Chef Yunus Khan are showcasing a rare Jugalbandi of unique gastronomic.The festival would feature an allegory between the royal cuisines of Hyderabad and Lucknow, both having their origins in the Mughlai kitchen. And through this food festival, they are bringing the best of these two cuisines; to all those who simply enjoy the art of eating!
It may be noted that both cuisines are unique in their own way and different from each other. They are popular all over the World. Chefs Irrfan and Chef Yunus have conceptualized unique recipe for vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. There are numerous dishes to choose from. The appetizers includes Dudhiya Kebab,Hare Awadhi Kebab,Nizam – E – Khaas and Begum Pasand Akroti Sheekh for vegetarians. Golkonda teekhe jheenga, Chef Yunus Khan ke Kakori Kebab, Gosht ki Shikampuri and Guntun ki Khatti Macchi are served for non-vegetarian guests.
Main course consists of Kaju Makane ki Subzi, Daal Nawab Saheb, Subz Nizami Korma and Paigah Mahal Ki Biryani for vegetarian guests. Whereas Jhinga Dum Sunheri, Hyderabadi Goshti kaliyan, Murg Rezala, Safed Gosht Biryani and Chef Irfan ki kacchi Murg biryani for non-vegetarian lovers.

It includes Sewaiyya ka Muzaffar, Gil – e – firdus, Gyani Malai Pedha, Boondi ke ladoo, Kaju pista roll, Gulkand Pedha and Baddal ki jaali and many more.
