Moplah cuisine is unique with distinct Northern Kerala flavours and a blend of Arabic and Persian influences. The menu will showcase an array of regional classics and local favourites.

So begin your meal by sipping on Elanner Pineapple Paneeyam, Idicha Moru, Then Naranga Neer or opt for the Muringakol Soup or Kozhikode Kozhi Soup. Traditional appetizers includes Vazhapoo Vada, Choora Cutlet, Pachakari Bonda, Konju Chuttathu, Ulli Vada, Ari Kadukka and Kozhi Cheriyaulli Roast to name a few.

The main course consists of Malabar Kozhi Curry, Wayanad Kozhi Mappas,Thenga Aracha Meen Chaaru, Eraichi Urlankezhangu Stew, Konju Pollichathu and many more. Options for vegetarians includes like Thakkali, Koon Masala Curry, Muringayila Parippu Curry Nadan Pachakari Khorma and much more.
