After hectic schedule of election for Indian parliament, India’s top political leaders went on for relaxation. Prime Minister Narendra Modi preferred to meditate in a holy cave near Kedarnath Temple in Rudraprayag district. Shiv Sena chief Udhhav Thackeray along with his wife Rashmi and son Aditya went to London for relaxation.
Thackeray family chosen to visit London’s Michelin starred restaurant Jamavar at Mayfair. The Thackeray family relished classic meal designed by Chef Surender Mohan, Culinary Director of Jamavar and Bombay Bustle. He designed exclusive dishes as per their choice which comprised jamavar’s and London’s all-time favourite Old Delhi Butter Chicken. Other dishes served consisted of Shammi Kebab, Stone Bass Tikka, Laal Maas and Dum Nalli Biryani. Dessert included Rose and Lychee Kulfi, Jalebi Caviar, Malabar Coffee and Hazelnut Kulfi.
Chef Surender Mohan – Culinary Director Jamavar and Bombay Bustle said “Thackeray family is known for relishing exclusive dishes whenever they visit Jamavar.This time too everyone in the family preferred to have different dishes of their choices. Uddhav saheb loved and relished Stone Baas Tikka whereas Rashmi madam liked Dum Nalli Biryani. Aditya loved Laal Maas and Butter Chicken. In dessert everyone liked Rose and Lychee Kulfi, Jalebi Caviar, Malabar Coffee. Hazelnut Kulfi was made exclusively for Uddhav Saheb”.
Chef Surender further added “Jamavar is known for serving authentic Indian delicacies and is pne of the most favourite Indian restaurant. The restaurant is patronised by high profile celebrities from all over the world as well as Bollywood celebrities”.
