Le Cirque Signature at The Leela Mumbai, the first ever signature restaurant of New York’s iconic Le Cirque introduced new menu. Chef Matteo Fontana, Corporate Chef of Le Cirque, with a focus on flavours, this sublime menu offers a modern twist to classic Franco-Italian cuisine.
New menu is crafted keeping in mind taste buds of every foodie. You can begin your meal with a selection of Anti-Pasti like Beetroot Cured Scottish Salmon Fillet served with Chilled Asparagus, Creamy Fresh Burrata with Caramelized Figs, Le Cirque Vegetable Garden with Truffle Dressing, Pecorino Cheese Crème Brûlée, Pan Seared Wild Scallops, Prosciutto Roulade.
Characteristic main course comprises enjoyable creations like Butter Poached Pacific Lobster, Wood Fired French Baby Chicken Breast, Grilled Chicken Paillard, Paupiette of Chilean Sea Bass, Le Cirque Eggplant Parmigiana, Organic Quinoa and Capotana, Pan Seared Duck Breast, Grilled New Zealand Lamb Loin, Slow Roasted Chicken in Truffle Jus and more.
The menu also feature a selection of handcrafted Pasta and Risotto
