ITC Maratha is currently hosting Maharashtrian Food Festival Quintessentially Maharashtrian. All those who wish to savour the traditional Marathi cuisine may dash to Peshwa Pavilion to relish them.

 Executive Chef Mayank Kulshreshtha along with Chef Jayesh Karande has curated exclusive dishes. The menu boasts off various vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies including starters, main course and desserts. Some of the prominent Maharashtrian delicacies includes Pivla Rassa,  Pandhra Rassa, Saoji Mutton Rassa , Varhadi Mutton, Udid Methi Maral Fish Curry, Bangda Fry, Sangmeshwar Kombdi, Kolambi Batata Tondak and Kokam Sarbat.
