The Leela Mumbai celebrates the joy of new beginnings by introducing a special Chinese New Year menu at The Great Wall. The festival will begin on5th February and will continue till 15th February, 2018.
Relish authentic variety of handcrafted dumplings like Scallop and Shrimp, Lobster Truffle, Lamb and Lemongrass or Shanghai Pan Fried Chicken Dumpling. Do not forget to try the Chef’s Special Pan Fried Barbeque Pork Buns.
Vegetarians have vide collection of delicacies to choose from like can opt for Truffle and Edamame, Spinach and Corn, Spicy Vegetable, Asparagus and Water Chestnut or Shanghai Pan Fried Vegetable Dumplings.
The main course includes delicacies like Sweet and Sour Pork, Mixed vegetables and vermicelli with preserved bean sauce in clay pot,Wok Fried Sliced Lamb in Oyster Sauce, Sautéed sliced Pork with Sichuan Vegetables, Cantonese Style Sautéed Broccoli and Mushrooms, Stir Fried Prawns in Sambal Sauce, Wok Fried Eggplant and Tofu in Black Bean Sauce, Braised Pomfret with Tofu and Bamboo Shoots and much more.
You can complement your meal by pairing it with classic creations like Singapore Rice Noodles with Chicken/ Vegetables, Yang Chow Fried Rice with Pork and Prawns, Fukien Fried Rice with Crab Meat and Prawns, Prawn and Asparagus Fried Rice or Egg/Vegetable Fried Rice.
