Suji 1 cup
Curd ½ cup
Ginger Paste 1 tsp
Green Chilli Paste 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Tomato 3-4 nos
Oil 1 tblspn
Butter 1 tblspn
Chopped Garlic ½ tsp
Chopped Onion 1 tblspn
Chopped Celery ½ tsp
Chopped Leeks ½ tsp
Tabasco 2-3 drops
Salt to taste
Boiled mix vegetables ½ cup
Cheese for baking
Combine all dhokla ingredients; add water to make a thick batter, mix well.
Leave it aside for 30 minutes.
Grease a steaming tray and pour the mixture.
Steam for about 15 minutes or until done. Remove.
Cool and cut into square flat pieces.
Now blanch tomatoes , remove skin and chop them.
Cook along with all remaining ingredients.
Layer dhokla with tomato sauce
Top it with cheese and bake for a minute.
Serve it hot.
